This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle Dancer Sedona, operated by Simply Be Love (“Eagle Dancer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit eagledancersedona.com (the “Site”), make a reservation, submit an inquiry, or interact with our advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry details – name, email address, phone number, and any message you send through our contact, private consultation, retreat, honeymoon, wedding, experience, or other inquiry forms.
- Reservation details – guest names, stay dates, number of guests, billing address, special requests, and preferences you share for your stay or experiences.
- Payment information – card payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Newsletter sign-ups – your email address and name if you subscribe to updates.
- Ad lead forms – information you submit through lead forms on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, such as name, email, and phone number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data – IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on site, referring website, and approximate location (city/region).
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies – small files and code snippets that help us understand how the Site is used, remember preferences, and measure and improve our advertising (see Section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process reservations, payments, and guest requests, and to communicate with you before, during, and after your stay.
- To answer inquiries and prepare personalized proposals for retreats, celebrations, and experiences.

- To analyze and improve the Site, our services, and the guest experience.
- To advertise our services, including showing relevant ads to people who have visited our Site (remarketing) and measuring how our ads perform.
- To prevent fraud, protect the security of our Site and guests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our website host (Hostinger), reservation and property-management systems, payment processor (Stripe), email delivery and newsletter tools, and review widgets. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Analytics and advertising partners, including Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft (Clarity), as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety – when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle Dancer, our guests, or others.
- Business transfers – in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business.
We may share hashed (encrypted) email addresses or phone numbers of customers who have interacted with us with Google or Meta to show relevant ads or to measure ad results (for example, Google Customer Match or Meta Custom Audiences). These platforms process the data under their own terms and do not receive it in readable form.
Text messaging: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for text messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect and receive information from our Site and elsewhere on the internet.
