Eagle Dancer is designed for intimate, retreat-style weddings of up to 42 guests, including the bride and groom. Our property offers a private, serene setting ideal for small gatherings surrounded by Sedona’s majestic red rock views.
Yes. We only host weddings as a full private estate buy-out. This ensures exclusivity for your celebration. While wedding planning and rentals are organized separately, we provide a list of trusted local planners to assist with every detail.
We provide two options for your wedding:
The Celebration Package Wedding Venue Buy-Out which includes total privacy for your guests, the panoramic amphitheater for your ceremony as well as the iconic and romantic courtyard for the reception as well as bridal and groom suite for the day. 10 hours of venue access.
The Estates Package which includes three-night’s of accommodations, full spa access, private property buyout and an Eagle Dancer venue coordinator to work with your wedding-coordinator. This allows your party to arrive and settle in on day one, hold the ceremony and celebration on day two, and relax and unwind on day three. It also provides accommodations for part of the wedding party on-site.

In addition to the property buy-out, we recommend budgeting around $15,000 for rentals, catering, florals, and other details. A wedding planner can help you refine this based on your vision.
We do not provide in-house planning. Instead, we partner with a curated list of experienced Sedona wedding planners who understand our property and can help bring your celebration to life seamlessly.
As a private retreat-style estate, we honor Sedona’s tranquil surroundings and do not allow DJs or loud amplified music. Gentle, acoustic sounds such as classical guitar on the Ceremony Terrace are welcome, as well as a low-key playlist during dining in the Courtyard.
Yes. To preserve the natural beauty of our landscape, we do not allow confetti, rice, glitter, or any artificial materials. Couples are encouraged to embrace eco-friendly décor such as petals, greenery, or natural elements that align with our setting.
