Master Sommelier Wine Evening

An intimate evening exploring 8–10 exceptional Old and New World wines personally selected from Huib’s private cellar. Wines are paired with an abundant selection of charcuterie and elegant hors d’oeuvres. Throughout the evening, Huib shares engaging stories of the regions, producers, and winemaking traditions behind each bottle. Held by candlelight in Casa Amor, this experience is both educational and delightfully convivial. Hosted by Huib and Iona when in residence, with a minimum of four guests per tasting.

An intimate four-course dining experience prepared by our private chef and paired with a sommelier-selected wine by Huib, Master Sommelier. Enjoy dinner beneath Sedona’s starlit sky in the courtyard, surrounded by firelight and the gentle sound of the fountain, or within the warm elegance of Casa Amor.

Through our partnership with Sedona Airways, our guests may experience the Southwest from a remarkable perspective. Private aerial tours over Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon (and more) are available, as well as private charter flights directly to Sedona, offering a seamless and unforgettable arrival.
