Drawn from Eagle Dancer's private cellar, many of these wines are rare, highly allocated, or no longer readily available. Throughout the evening, Huib will share the stories behind each selection, introduce professional tasting techniques, and reveal the subtle art of food and wine pairing, offering a deeper appreciation for every glass.
